One of a suite of videos developed to promote the Academic Programs at STRI (Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute). The target audience is potential Graduate students and Post Doctoral Fellows, so it is "Peer to Peer" science. The Fellows were instructed to speak as though they were talking to a scientist not in their direct field.
